Formartine United's preparations for the 2023-24 season got underway at North Lodge on Saturday with the squad being put through their paces under the watchful eye's of the management team of Stuart Anderson and Martin Skinner as well as fitness coach Eric Whyte.  Goalkeeping coach Errol Watson put the goalkeepers through their own pre-season session.  The outfield squad, joined by summer signings Mark Lawrence and Jake Stewart, were put through a series of runs as well as a series of intense one touch sessions before a final five a side game.  The squad will go through a number of sessions over the next fortnight before our first scheduled pre-season outing at the Balmoral Stadium against Cove Rangers on the first of July.
